    How does it work?

    I will create a completely custom training plan for you and work with you to prepare you for your race. Shortly after ordering I will email you with a questionnaire in order to collect some info about you, your running history, goal, race times, your schedule etc so I can begin putting your plan together. If you ordered the Premium Plan I will email you with the first two weeks of your plan shortly before it’s time to begin, this is done via a Google Sheets so I can update it and you can enter feedback about each run for me to read. This can also be delivered via PDF if you prefer. The plan is then updated every two weeks based on your feedback and our chats.

    If you ordered Plan Only then I will deliver your entire plan at once via Google Sheets and in PDF format to follow for the duration of your training. The Premium Plan option is updated based on how your training is going based on your feedback. The Plan Only option is an entire plan delivered at once for you to follow and isn’t updated.

    How often will I need to run?

    This depends on you, if you can’t run 7 times a week then I won’t tell you to run 7 times a week. If you can’t run on Tuesdays then that’s also fine. Your plan is built around you and I know life can be busy! It must be said that those with faster time goal will need to run more frequently in order to reach them, but your availability is a topic in the on-boarding questionnaire.

    Do I need to be a fast runner to be coached?

    Not at all. I work with runners of all abilities and you absolutely don’t need to be an incredibly fast or a semi-professional runner to be coached. I will assign you paces for your training based on your current fitness using the VDOT formula, meaning all paces will be manageable and you won’t be told to run at a punishingly hard pace.

    How do I order?

    All plans should be ordered via the page. All payments are secure and processed via Strip. I don’t have access to your payment details.

    What do I need to do?

    Simply order your plan and I will reach out to you to with your on-boarding questionnaire to the email address provided in your order details.

    How will I get my plan?

    This will be delivered via Google Sheets to the address provided.

    When will I get my plan?

    This can vary, but will usually be no later 2 - 3 days before the starting date. It can be delivered earlier if you need to plan in advance.

    Are all plans in Euros?

    Yes. I am from the UK and currently living in Austria, which is why my plans are in Euros. The prices don’t change based on your location and you will be charged the equivalent of the price plan in your respective currency when ordering.

    Is this available to people in the USA only?

    Nope, I’m from the UK and living in Austria. If you have an internet connection and speak English then we can work together.

    What are your qualifications?

    I am a certified VDOT O2 Distance Coach which is a certification issued by renowned running coach Dr. Jack Daniels, you must score 80% or above on the $199 exam to pass. This helped me learn how to assign appropriate paces for people, scale an athlete’s training, map out a training plan and when to assign different workouts. I’ve also been coached as part of a programme with adidas when I gained insights into marathon training, coaching and how professional athletes train. I’ve been running since 2009, seriously since 2013 and gained a ton of running knowledge along the way and have a marathon PB of 2:52.

    I have a few weeks until my plan starts, what should I do?

    I can’t extend plans beyond their designated timeframe. However, I am happy to offer general guidance on what to do until your plan starts on an individual basis.
